Aspire's Drop-in Classes are for teen (12+) and adult dancers who want to join class on their own schedule! Drop-in classes are currently offered in dance in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, and Contemporary. Fitness class options include Dance Conditioning and Cardio Tap. Please check the class descriptions below to find the class that's right for you!

Dancers may purchase single class ($20), 5 class ($75), or 10 class ($145) cards for Drop-in Classes. All class cards will expire 90 days from purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Morning Open Ballet:

Evening Open Ballet:

​For dancers who have a good foundation in ballet training, Open Ballet includes a full barre and center for dancers who want to stay strong and continue to hone their coordination, flexibility, and artistry. This is an intermediate to intermediate/advanced class.
Beginning Jazz
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm
For dancers who have never taken jazz before, this class will cover the basics and fundamentals of jazz including stretching, balance, and core work. Dancers will get detailed feedback in style and patterns in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Beginning Tap
Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm
Sundays 11:45am-12:45pm
This class is for adult and teen students who want to learn the basics of tap. Dancers will learn rhythm and foundational steps and receive detailed feedback in a judgment-free environment.
Open Contemporary
Sundays 11:45am-12:45pm
Each week of contemporary will feature a warm up, stretching, and across the floor progressions to practice skills and technique for that week's combination. Combinations will change each week and pull from ballet, jazz, modern, and commercial styles to let dancers practice their artistry, floor work, and performance skills. Socks are the recommended footwear for this class.
CardioTAP™
On Hiatus
​Aspire is thrilled to partner with the Owner/Co-creator of CardioTAP™, Krystle Armstrong-Alan to offer their signature CardioTAP™ method! CardioTAP™ was created by professional musical theatre performers and choreographers to adapt Broadway tap steps into an incredibly fun and effective workout. CardioTappers burn over 500 calories per class and improve strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination, balance, muscle tone, bone density, cognitive acuity & function, and of course, tap skills! We welcome people of all tap and fitness levels - from musical theatre professionals and enthusiasts to business professionals and people who used to tap as kids - even complete beginners! No matter who you are, this method meets you where you're at and pushes you to the next level, simultaneously providing an intense workout and opportunity to practice the tap steps used on Broadway. Come as you are and expect to meet a community full of fun, ready to support you as you tap your way into health and happiness!
Open Pointe
Thursdays 7:45-8:30pm
Dancers both experienced and new pointe are welcome for open pointe class. Class will include barre work and center -for those with previous pointe experience. Dancers are welcome to take pointe class in flat shoes. If you are new to pointe, please consult Director Erin Crall Scott before purchasing shoes for the first time!
Open Theatre Jazz
Sundays 10:15-11:30am
​Dancers must have a basic understanding of jazz to take Open level. Class will include a warm-up, across the floor progressions, and choreography in rotating Theatre styles. Dancers will work on strength, flexibility, and storytelling.
Intermediate Tap
Mondays 6:30-7:30pm
For dancers who are ready to move beyond fundamental steps and terminology with more complex rhythms and faster tempos. Class will include a warm-up, across the floor progressions, choreography, and improv explorations.
Open Modern
Mondays 6:30-7:30pm
Pulling primarily from the techniques of Martha Graham and Lester Horton, this Open Modern class includes a warm-up, across the floor work, and a combination. Floor work will be included. No previous Modern experience is necessary, but familiarity with Ballet or Jazz vocabulary is beneficial. This class is designed for bare feet. Dancers may wear ballet shoes if they prefer.
Beginning Ballet
Mondays/Wednesdays:
7:30-8:30pm
For dancers who have never taken ballet before or those who have taken a long break, this class will introduce and build upon the fundamentals of ballet. Dancers will get detailed feedback to help them find the shapes and movement patterns that lengthen, strengthen, and improve flexibility in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Moderate Theatre Jazz
Wednesdays 10:15-11:30am
This class is for adult and teen students who want to learn the basics of tap. Dancers will learn rhythm and foundational steps and receive detailed feedback in a judgment-free environment.
Open Tap
Wednesdays 11:30am-12:30pm
​Students must have a basic understand of tap to take Open level. Class will include a warm up, across the floor progressions, choreography, and improv explorations. Dancers will get the opportunity to focus on rhythm, style, and speed.
Dance Conditioning
Sundays 9-9:50am
Using barre, standing, and floor exercises, Director Erin's Ballet Conditioning class focuses on full body strengthening and dynamic flexibility. Students are encouraged to bring their own mat. Recommended footwear is socks, bare feet, or ballet shoes.
